Connecting the world through better infrastructure. We specialize in building powerful, intuitive systems from energy to connectivity delivered to simplify everyday life.
ONE®
ONE’s Strategy
ONE acquires and owns critical infrastructure assets — power, connectivity, data and property — and leases them to high-performing operators under long-term agreements. Our model is simple: we own the backbone, they run the service.
We are not an operator. We are an owner, platform builder, and enabler of scaled, connected infrastructure. Whether it’s a transmission line, fibre network, or infrastructure intensive property, we lease these assets to utilities, carriers, or service providers while retaining control over how they connect, expand, and evolve.
Through our core verticals — ONE Link (connectivity), ONE Grid (power), and ONE Stack (vertically integrated property) — we’re building a unified asset platform that enables interoperability across sectors. Ownership gives us leverage: the ability to control permissions, unlock bundled services, and drive smarter expansion across our portfolio.
The opportunity is clear. Infrastructure is aging, fragmented, and often capital-constrained. Operators want to scale but are limited by balance sheets or regulatory complexity. ONE provides a solution: we acquire the asset, take it off their books, and lease it back with agreed standards and permissions. They continue to operate; we enable growth, reduce friction, and unlock value for everyone.
Our strategy is asset-heavy, operator-light, and designed for long-term partnerships with recurring revenue. We are here for the long haul, not one and done or tied to fund economics. We pursue stable, physical infrastructure with embedded demand, targeting high-utility, high-demand, high-uptime environments. Our focus is disciplined acquisition, clear contract structures, and platform-level control over how our infrastructure is used and expanded.
By combining ownership, capital, and integration rights, ONE is creating the foundation for a modern, flexible infrastructure network — built to scale across sectors, geographies, and partners.
The Infrastructure Ownership Opportunity
The infrastructure sector is large, essential, and deeply fragmented. Across power, connectivity, data and property systems, thousands of independent operators manage critical assets with limited integration, outdated capital structures, and minimal digital oversight. In sectors like utilities and networks, assets are often owned and operated by separate entities — but the ownership layer remains inefficient, under-leveraged, and largely invisible.
ONE targets this layer.
We focus on acquiring the underlying assets — from transmission lines and fibre networks to building-level systems — and leasing them to operators under long-term agreements. The model is proven in other industries. What’s new is applying it to essential infrastructure with a platform-level approach.
Demand is strong and structural. Electrification, urban densification, data consumption, and property modernization are all increasing pressure on existing infrastructure. At the same time, public and private operators face capital constraints, aging networks, and growing complexity in integrating new technologies. These dynamics create an opening for focused, well-capitalized owners with a clear model for scale.
Ownership enables us to consolidate physical infrastructure, standardize how it’s used, and expand it intelligently across sectors. Operators benefit from lower capital burden and faster deployment. We benefit from recurring, asset-backed income with strategic control over permissions, upgrades, and integrations.
The opportunity is measured in decades, not quarters. Transmission, fibre, and property systems are long-lived, high-utility assets. As demand grows — for power, bandwidth, connectivity, and intelligent systems — the control layer will matter more. ONE is building that control layer now, with the intention to scale across markets, geographies, and use cases.
A centralized ownership platform — with clear rights, disciplined leasing structures, and strategic interoperability — is the key to unlocking the next generation of infrastructure.
